Job Purpose:

As our project leader, Surpassing Success, you are responsible for the growth of our program Surpassing Success. You coordinate and implement all the actions necessary to create online growth and attention together with a team of experts.

Surpassing Success is a journey crafted for non-Christian business leaders and entrepreneurs. Our focus is on exploring meaning, purpose, significance, and achieving abundance in all facets of life – professionally, mentally, spiritually, and personally. Through engaging videos, we capture attention, and our follow-up tools guide individuals on a journey of discovery towards a fulfilling life in Christ.

Responsibilities:

• Online marketing planning: You make plans, develop instruments and have contact with the users to develop on effective online marketing strategy for growth.
• Project Planning: Defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders. This involves creating detailed work plans which identify and sequence the activities needed to successfully complete the project.
• Team Coordination: Leading and coordinating the efforts the online marketing experts, web developers, designers, content creators, and other team members to ensure that the project progresses on schedule and meets quality standards.
• Resource Management: Allocating and managing resources, including personnel, budgets, and technology, to execute the project effectively.
• Communication: Serving as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, facilitating communication between team members, and reporting on project progress and milestones.
• Risk Management: Identifying potential risks and developing strategies to mitigate them, ensuring that the project is delivered despite obstacles.
• Quality Assurance: Ensuring that the website meets all technical requirements and user specifications, and that it is tested for functionality, usability, and compatibility.
• Vendor Management: If third-party services or products are involved, the project leader would manage these relationships and integrate their contributions into the project.
• Training and Support: Coordinating and providing training to users and developing support materials as needed for the successful operation and maintenance of the project.
• Continuous Improvement: Gathering feedback post-launch to identify areas for improvement and implementing changes to optimize the impact, performance, and user experience.

Requirements:

• 3-4 years’ experience in online marketing.

• Good project manager

• Team leader and team development

• Understands and can build customer journeys.

• Ability to work independently from home.

• Hands on mentality

• Lives, thinks, and works from a Christian faith perspective and endorses the mission and values of Europartners.

Employment Conditions:

We offer a competitive salary and benefits, dependent on experience and qualifications. This is a for now a part-time position (20h), with flexibility in working hours and the possibility to work remotely. We expect this position to grow to 40h within a year.
