Starting and Maintaining a Successful Business

Young Professionals Training Day, Kiev 6 April 2019


Join us as we explore how to start and maintain a successful business. Our keynote speakers are Frank Suchy (Germany) and Wouter Droppers (The Netherlands). Both are very experienced business people, and they are happy to share their lives and lessons with you.

Morning program

In the morning, Frank will tell you how he got started with his business. After that, he will speak about the basic requirements for starting and maintaining a businessFrank Suchy für Europartners. He will share which principles are important to him when trying to become successful.

This year Frank celebrates the 25th anniversary of his business, and therefore of his independence. Suchy Messtechnik produces pressure and temperature measuring instruments for the machinery construction,  food and chemical industries. They have a staff of 13 people and have representatives in many countries. Frank’s wife Birgit takes cares of the accountancy, his son Markus works in sales and has taken over the areas of design and technology. Frank loves to cooperate with both and He is very thankful for that. His vision for the company is that it becomes the best point of contact for measuring devices for pressure and temperature in Germany.

Afternoon program

In the afternoon, Wouter will take the lead and share how his career became successful. He then will talk about 7 steps toward a mature business. In addition, he will share several business practicalities for how to build a sustainable and mature business. wouter droppers

Wouter is currently president of Europartners. He has gained business experience in the automotive sector and worked in this business sector for several companies and at different levels of management for 22 years. He started his business career within the largest retailer of car parts, within the Netherlands, and worked his way to the top and into the management. At the age of 28 he left this company and started to work as president of a car-dealership of VW/Audi. After this he served as managing director within one of the largest automotive retail companies in the Netherlands and was responsible for the Volvo and Range Rover brand in his area. People seek out Wouter for his rich business experience, his wisdom for life, and his very practical and down-to-earth approach.  He likes to coach and help 


The program will be from 11AM to 5PM. There will be lunch between 1PM and 2PM. 

For who?

For young professionals between the age of 22 and 35.
