We believe that our Purpose is our culture and we encourage our teammates to bring their “whole self” to work.
Participants receive a workbook containing topic materials and independent guided training exercises, in addition to access to online resources available on the t-factor website, including Frank Harrison’s book entitled “The Transformation Factor” to provide framework and encourage you in your organizational transformation journey.
