High Level Business Leaders Getaway

Date: 29 April – 2 May 2024, Soul Hinterland

We invite you to make a personal investment that is tailor made to enrich your whole life as an individual and as a leader.

Our time away is in the springtime in the tranquil surroundings of the beautiful Scottish countryside. A safe space, an oasis to step away from the front line. A time to be stimulated and energised through peer group interaction, personal reflection and one to one conversation.  A unique opportunity to re-calibrate and gain fresh insight and energy to enable you to navigate the uncertainties of a volatile, uncertain, complex, and ambiguous world.

Invest in soul time, in soul care, allow God to restore your soul.

King David, a renowned and successful leader and who was described by God as “a man after God’s own heart” acknowledged his personal need to be renewed and refreshed. Using the powerful metaphor of the Lord as his shepherd, David writes famously in Psalm 23 “He restores my soul”. Our soul, our inmost being, a vital part of our being and of who we are and who God has made us to be.

Please do register your interest in this “getaway investment” and we look forward to talking with you more about it.

Whenever God restores something he restores it to a place greater than it was before.

If I only had an hour to chop down a tree, I would spend the first 45 minutes sharpening my axe.

What will be your takeaway?
Through stimulating conversations, inspiring and challenging talks, coaching and personal reflection, get sharpened and rejuvenated to lead with true purpose and fulfilment. Intentionally titled “Soul Hinterlands”, our aim is to provide the space and the environment to listen to our hearts and to our soul’s yearnings to be re-equipped and envisioned for all we believe we are called to be.

When and where

Monday 29 April from 17.00h – Thursday 2 May till 12.00h.

We will be together in the stunning surroundings of the Scottish countryside and guests at Carberry Tower, one of the great Castle Mansion Houses of Scotland and a multi-award winning, luxury 4 star Castle hotel, situated just 15 minutes from Edinburgh in beautiful East Lothian countryside.
